IU - Measuring sections (IU) with installed electroacoustic transducers (PEA) function as primary flow transducers for ultrasonic flowmeters and are designed for installation in controlled pipelines. Measuring sections are supplied with plug-in or overhead PEAS. It is possible to supply sections with counter flanges, branch pipes, as well as additionally with confusers for embedding IU in a pipeline with a larger diameter. PEA H-xxx xx — sealed overhead seals mounted on the outer wall of measuring sections;

Electroacoustic converters are also available in explosion-proof versions (Ex index) and versions for the nuclear industry (AT index).
